We want you to be completely satisfied with your SWIMS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that footwear and apparel are returned in resalable condition with all tags and protective seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original SWIMS box or a secure shipping container, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
